Yes, there is parking right outside our clinic.

It sometimes takes more than one visit to remove all the wax completely. We would arrange a return visit one to two weeks later. We only charge £10 for return visits to cover equipment costs.

We would recommend using olive oil drops in your ears to soften the wax, at least twice a day for 3 days prior to your appointment (longer than 3 days would be needed if the wax has been there for a long period).

Yes, we are on the ground floor with no steps to our clinic.

We generally treat those that are age 12 or over. We can consider children under 12 if they've had the procedure before or if it is just an examination that is needed.

The procedure can be noisy, but is pain free. All procedures will be explained to you before commencing and if you feel any discomfort, we will stop and discuss alternatives.
